User Agreement

Compliance with TRAI Regulations: Textspeed Technology strictly adheres to all rules and regulations set forth by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). All users and visitors of Textspeed Technology are required to comply with these regulations.

Acceptance of Terms: By using Textspeed Technology, all users agree to the following terms:

• Textspeed Technology reserves the right to modify SMS pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Textspeed Technology is authorised to store all user data, including sent SMS and all website activities. This data will be permanently retained and cannot be deleted upon user request.
• For security purposes, all data and logs will be stored indefinitely. Users may receive alerts and notifications via SMS or email upon registration.

Registration and Account Maintenance: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration form (“registration data”) and update this information promptly as necessary. Textspeed Technology reserves the right to disable any account if the provided information is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Textspeed Technology also reserves the right to terminate a user’s account and deny access to the service or website without prior notice or refund.

For security reasons, all data and logs will be permanently stored. Textspeed Technology may send alerts, and notifications via SMS, or email to users after they sign up.

DND Compliance: Users agree to receive SMS notifications from Textspeed Technology, even if they are on a Do Not Disturb (DND) list.

Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account information. Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account or password and must take appropriate measures to limit access to their computer.

Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized use of Textspeed Technology’s web services, including but not limited to robotic, automatic, or programmed methods of entry, will result in account suspension and the forfeiture of all earnings.

Fees and Taxes: Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees, including those imposed by local and federal governments. The website clearly lists additional fees, such as an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is required for every transaction.

Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through Textspeed Technology’s service. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal use of the SMS service.
• Sending harassment, abuse, sexual, racist, or discriminatory content.
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) without obtaining prior consent from recipients.
• Gathering or obtaining information about others without their consent.
• Misleading others by creating a false identity or assuming the identity of another person or entity.
• Sending or distributing any content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, abusive, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise prohibited.

Users must ensure that their SMS content complies with intellectual property laws and respects fundamental human rights, including the right to privacy and freedom from discrimination based on factors such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political opinion, or national origin.

KYC Compliance: Every user is required to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to comply with regulatory requirements. Failure to submit these documents may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Service Limitations and Liability: Users acknowledge that Textspeed Technology utilises major telecom operators to deliver SMS messages and cannot guarantee successful delivery due to factors beyond its control, such as the recipient’s mobile service provider. Textspeed Technology does not reimburse credits for undelivered messages and considers its transmission logs accurate and valid unless proven otherwise by technical investigation.

Textspeed Technology disclaims any liability for transmission delays or message failures and does not guarantee the availability or performance of the service. All purchases are final and non-refundable, with SMS credits to be used within the specified time frame from the purchase date.
