How long is the package valid for usage?
Our SMS packages have lifetime validity. So, you are free to use it as long as you haveSMS Balance (If there are any changes in the TRAI regulations, it can affect the validityand usage).
Do we need to provide any credentials to avail the services?
Our services do not require any documents or credentials from our customers. Yourdetails will be required only for signing up (DLT registered customers are required toshare their Entity ID and Letter of Authorization).
Can you provide us with a unique sender ID?
A Sender ID will be provided to you in default from the operator’s end (DLT registeredcustomers can get their own unique ID made and approved from DLT dashboard).
Does every message get delivered?
Approximately 90 to 95% of the messages get delivered. Since our services are basedon delivery of the messages, undelivered messages will be re-added to the credit count,automatically within 2 days.
Do we have any guarantee in terms of lead generation?
As a bulk SMS delivery service, our responsibility ends with getting the messagesdelivered to the target audience on time. To get a desirable number of leads orresponses from the delivered messages depends on the desirability of the offer itselfand several other aspects that are not connected to the domain of our service. So, it isnot guaranteed that you will get responses or leads from our Bulk SMS services.
How much should I pay to enrol?
100% of the payment is expected in advance and the package will be activated onlyafter the package confirmation (Once the payment is confirmed, it takes 2 Hours foractivation of the package).
What are the available modes of payment?
Payments can be made online via Net Banking / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / Credit Card /Debit Card / UPI et cetera. Once the payment has been made, share the screenshot ofthe successful payment, to email@example.com to speed up your activation process.
